  • All of our bookings are done online.

  • Our availability calendar is constantly updated and current. Please be sure to give us your email address as well as a cell phone number where you can be reached. You should immediately receive a copy of the information you typed in.  This is Not the actual confirmation.

  • Your room is not reserved until you receive a second email in which reads: "Your Reservation Confirmation" in the subject line from mrsbsinn@gmail.com

  •  Please be sure to read through this confirmation and let us know if there are mistakes.

  • We have a two night minimum on weekends from April through October. If we have a number of rooms available for a weekend, we, at our option, will allow a single night booking. Please call us to check.

  • If you are booking using 'your' credit card for several rooms, and there is a cancellation within 14 days prior to arrival in any of those rooms, 'your' card will be charged.  Best to have each person use their own card. ***IF YOU USE A SPAM BLOCKER BE SURE TO PLACE OUR EMAIL ADDRESS IN YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS BOOK 'mrsbsinn@gmail.com

 

  • Check In time is between 3:00 and 6:00PM.

  • Please call upon arrival and we will give you the code to the front door so you can get settled in.

  • Check Out is at 11:00AM. 

  • Breakfast is available ONLY on Saturday and Sunday mornings.

  • Please be sure TO READ OUR POLICIES PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL. It is important that you check your confirmation and verify the dates of your stay.

  • We realize things in life come up that may cause a cancellation. We encourage our guests to give awareness to the difficulty and urgency of us attempting to re-book a room in a short period of time. Please Note ANY Cancellation will be charged a $20.00 processing fee. Any cancellation within 14 days will be charged full room rate. NO EXCEPTIONS. 

  • If items are left behind we will be happy to mail them back to you, at your cost. The cost to mail items back will be postage which starts at $12.35 plus a $10.00 service fee to expedite the return.
