• All of our bookings are done online.

  • Our availability calendar is constantly updated and current. You should immediately receive a confirmation email for your reservation, please review it and let us know if there are mistakes.

  • We have a two night minimum on weekends from May through October. If we have a number of rooms available for a weekend, we, at our option, will allow a single night booking. Please call us to check.

  • If  you are booking using 'your' credit card for several rooms, and there is a cancellation within 14 days prior to arrival in any of those rooms, 'your' card will be charged.  

  • Check In is at 3:00 Express Check in is available anytime after 3:00 p.m.

  • Please call upon arrival and we will give you the code to the front door so you can get settled in.

  • Check Out is at 11:00AM. 

  • All of our rooms have their own personal bathrooms and Smart Tv's.
    There is NO SMOKING in any of our rooms.

  • Continental Breakfast is available ONLY on Saturday and Sunday mornings from Mid May to the third weekend in Oct.

  • ANY cancellation made results in forfeit of your $50 non-refundable deposit. ANY cancellation within 14 days of your stay results in payment of the full room rate. NO EXCEPTIONS.

  • If items are left behind we will be happy to mail them back to you, at your cost. The cost to mail items back will be postage which starts at $12.35 plus a $10.00 service fee to expedite the return.
