We love Mrs. B's! Terry and Ginger are wonderful hosts. Everything was great,
from the delicious food, pretty room & lovely grounds. We had a fabulous
weekend here in Lanesboro enjoying the fall colors, biking and theatre. We
will be back!

Terry and Ginger~You've done a beautiful and loving restoration of the inn,
gardens and terraces. We so enjoyed our stay at Mrs. B's, the peaceful,
scenic town of Lanesboro, the marvelous bike trails and winding Root River.
Delicious breakfasts so artfully presented and interesting conversations were a
gracious start to each day. Our charming room and most comfortable bed
were very welcoming after a day of biking and canoeing.
We've had a stressful, challenging year in many ways and so looked forward
to our get away and time together. Our first trip to Lanesboro exceeded all
our expectations and we hope to return. Thank you for your hospitality. We
wish you good health and continued success with your fabulous Inn.

This is our first trip to Lanesboro & first time at Mrs. B's. We biked to Preston on
Friday. Yesterday, we biked to Peterson and then went tubing down the river.
Tubing was fun.
Lanesboro is charming. Mrs. B's is magical - the best night's sleep I've had in
months!
What a beautiful weekend and the perfect way to celebrate my 30th birthday!

As a recent guest of this B & B, I would like to comment on our two night stay
while in Lanesboro. We have enjoyed many different B&Bs over the last few
years and Mrs B's is at the top of the list. The rooms were clean, comfortable,
and pleasant, the food was absolutely delicious, and the total overall
atmosphere is charming. The location was great too. Parking was not a
problem. I would highly recommend this B&B to anyone. I have booked many
stays in the US and abroad..it is sometimes difficult to tell on the Internet what
you will get and once in a while, disappointment occurs. However, not in the
case of Mrs B's. It is delightful and we have booked for next year already!
Thanks Terry and Ginger for making our week end even more special! By the
way, we truly enjoyed the moments spent in the Zen Garden. In today's hurried
world, it was a treat to sit there and enjoy the peacefulness of that lovely area
while watching the river flow gently past the Inn! Can't wait until we return!

Lanesboro is a gem - the theater, bike trail, amazing restaurants, cute stores,
beautiful vistas and of course the charming Mrs. B's. My sister-in-law & I have
celebrated the opening of deer hunting for over 20 years at various Inns and
B&B's. This is our 2nd visit to Lanesboro and we were impressed by the
wonderful improvements to Mrs. B's - the decor is lovely & the breakfasts
delicious. We enjoyed the Old Village Hall & the Root River Restaurant for
dinner. Were were blessed with 2 warm, sunny days for hiking the bike trail.
We appreciated our charming, congenial hosts - they couldn't do enough to
make our stay perfect - thank you so much for your hospitality.

Mrs. B's and Lanesboro was a truly wonderful way to celebrate our
anniversary! We loved Room 7 and its view of the river & lovely garden. We
enjoyed biking, golfing, the quaint shops and the dining was top
notch...expecially Ginger and Terry's phenomenal breakfasts! Thanks to the
two of you for your warm hospitality & accommodating our various
needs...We will be back!

Coming here to celebrate Mother's Day with six sisters and our mother, where
father was born, has been such a memorable experience. We found the 'Big
Woods' where Grandpa Brown used to live, hunt and fish.
Food was great at the Riverside on the Root and also the Old Village Hall &
Pub. Both were fabulous! The trolley tour was quite interesting. All the
Victorian homes, beautiful landscape and the fish hatchery was unique to
see.
Terry and Ginger have made us feel like we were so welcome and their
personal touch made us so comfortable and we were definitely well fed.
Brownies, hot coffee and a flame in the fireplace made the lobby our favorite
gathering area.
I will try to come back in the future - it's a beautiful place to relax and enjoy
"The Simple Life"! Mahalo!

The Lanesboro area is a great place to visit - even when it rains. We enjoyed
our visit to Niagra Cave and seeing the 60 foot waterfall. It was a good place
to be out of the rain even thought is was wet in the cave.
We also enjoyed a theatre performance at the Commonweal.
Terry and Ginger are great hosts. The food was fabulous.

What a lovely and delightful Inn you have! Jim and I really enjoyed the
walking downtown and looking at all the shops. We surely enjoyed our dish
of ice cream at the Das Wurst Haus. This is a charming community that
reminds you of a time when life moved at a slower pace.
The French toast, delicious fruit, and terrific coffee were very much enjoyed.
We will be back!!!
There is a great walk to the south along the river and dam.

We have had a delightful stay here at Mrs. B's - Our 1st stay in
Lanesboro. How refreshing to have no TV or phones! We biked 10
miles today & went on a nice walk down to the dam.
Terry & Ginger's hospitality has been wonderful - right down to the
chocolate chip cookies set out for guests in the afternoon.

We enjoyed the Amish Tour from Harmony and all the quaint shopping.
We will take part in the bicycling trail when we come back! This B&B is

We had a relaxing and wonderful time celebrating R's 88th birthday!
...The highlights were
1. Being here, meeting Terry and Ginger and enjoying their super
hospitality. The breakfasts were the best! Coffee also outstanding. We
enjoyed our room overlooking the river & the construction of the
bridge. So quiet here.
2. The Art Tour
3. The theater - we saw "Acclimate"
4. The Riverside were we had dinner Saturday night and enjoyed it so
much we came back Sunday night!

....we are having such rich memories of our visit to southern Minnesota.
We are already recommending Mrs. B's to friends and family in
Minnesota - and in New York. The living room was lovely, our room
had an appealing flavor of an earlier time, and the welcome was
warm! The experience of the breakfast I will take with me through the
winter. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. Terry served
it like a gift to us. The meditative music, just barely audible, somehow
heightened each moment and reminded all the senses to notice.
