On May 13th, Cornucopia Art Center’s Board of Directors invited a group to attend 'The Art of Cuisine', with guest chef John Michael Lerma The evening began with a cocktail cabaret and artist demonstration at Cornucopia Art Center, and continued with a chef’s interactive demonstration and gourmet 4-course dinner at ~ Mrs. B's Historic Lanesboro Inn ~. Dessert and lively conversation in the galleries concluded an intimate and invigorating evening of art, wine, and cuisine. |

Taking cues from the Amish Farms nearby, there are no phones or TVs in the rooms. Surprisingly people don't seem to miss them. Innkeepers, Terry and Ginger Neumann, preserve a Victorian motif while adding only a few modern amenities like A/C. Built in 1872 on the Root River Trail, guests say it is a great place to relax or rekindle a relationship. A bonus it's located right in downtown Lanesboro and everything is within walking distance. |
